$100/hour, 6-hour minimum ($600 base). Early entry/extra time +$100/hour. No day-before access unless booked as additional hours. All load-in, set-up, event, and clean-up must occur within booked hours. Capacities: Stage Room up to 275; Outer Room up to 180.

50% deposit required to reserve; applies to total bill. Balance due at venue access/key handoff (or 48 hours prior if no keys). Cancel 30+ days prior: deposit refunded. Cancel under 30 days: deposit non-refundable.

Beer & wine license in effect. No outside beverages of any kind (including water/soda); all beverages must be ordered through The Loy Foundation. A designated bartender(s) must be identified at booking and sign the Bartender Agreement: check valid ID for every service, serve only 21+, follow WV ABC laws, refuse service to intoxicated/underage guests.

Standard cleaning included when left in good order. Renter must bag all trash to the parking-lot dumpster; remove all leftover food, drink, décor, and props; return tables/chairs to original locations (do not stack along walls); no tape, nails, staples, or Command strips on finishes. Excess mess/heavy cleanup (spills, glitter/confetti, abandoned food/drink, damage) will incur an additional cleaning fee charged to the payment method on file (itemized receipt provided).

No animals permitted except trained service animals under ADA (ESAs not permitted).

Electronic door locks and camera system in public/common areas. By booking, Renter and attendees consent to video recording and agree not to tamper with locks, cameras, Wi-Fi, or related equipment. Tampering may result in fees and/or immediate event termination without refund.

Renter is financially responsible for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning caused by Renter, guests, vendors, or contractors and authorizes charges to the payment method on file.

Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Loy Foundation and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and attorneys’ fees arising from the event; acts/omissions of Renter, guests, vendors, or contractors; and/or alcohol service/consumption, including post-event incidents. The Foundation is not responsible for injury or property damage except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Venue may end events for violations of law, safety, or these Terms. Not liable for events prevented by causes beyond control; deposits may be refunded or transferred to a new date.
